Top 6 Best Foods To Try At Sentosa GrillFest 2026

If the smell of smoky meats sizzling over an open flame is enough to make you hungry, Sentosa GrillFest 2026 is one food festival you will not want to miss.
Returning to Siloso Beach from 23 July to 16 August 2026, this year's edition is the biggest Sentosa GrillFest yet, with 42 food vendors spread across five zones.
The line-up brings together familiar crowd favourites and 18 new vendors, with everything from Texas-style barbecue and Wagyu beef to grilled seafood, Taiwanese street food and sweet treats by the beach.
With so many stalls to choose from, deciding what to eat can be a challenge.
Here are 10 foods to try at Sentosa GrillFest 2026 if you want to make the most of your trip to Siloso Beach.
Monger’s Grilled Boston Lobster Is One For Seafood Lovers
Making its debut this year, Monger is serving a Grilled Boston Lobster with Fries, cooked over an open flame using fragrant lychee wood.
The lobster picks up a light smokiness from the grill without overpowering its natural sweetness, while the fries make it feel like a proper meal rather than just a seafood side.
At $22, it is also a good option if you want something a little more indulgent while still keeping things casual by the beach.
Dig Into Jett BBQ's Famous Dinosaur Ribs

One dish that feels right at home at GrillFest is the Dinosaur Ribs from Jett BBQ.
A returning favourite, Jett BBQ specialises in Texas-style smoked meats, with its massive beef ribs easily among the stall’s most eye-catching orders.
The meat is slow-cooked until tender, with a smoky crust on the outside and a soft, juicy centre that pulls away easily from the bone.
It is rich, messy and definitely not the most graceful thing to eat on a beach, but that is also part of the fun.
Unless you are arriving extremely hungry, this is probably one to order for the table and share.
Craft’B Brings Back Its Popular Steak And Fries

Sometimes you do not need anything complicated. You just want a good steak and a pile of fries.
That is exactly what Craft’B is serving with its Steak and Fries, featuring grass-fed ribeye grilled until lightly charred on the outside while staying juicy in the centre.
It is served with fries and the stall’s homemade sauces, making it a straightforward but satisfying choice if you are in the mood for something hearty.
Craft’B has also previously been featured on Netflix and the Asian Food Network, so if you have seen the name floating around before, this is your chance to finally try it.
Feast On DAMN’s Dry-Aged Beef And Smoked Brisket

DAMN, known for its dry-aged meats, returns to Sentosa GrillFest 2026 with some of its most popular beef dishes.
Its Dry-Aged Beef Burger ($25) and Ribeye Skewer ($26) are back on the menu, while this year’s highlight is an exclusive Smoked Brisket Live Carving Station by the beach.
Dry ageing gives the meat a deeper, more concentrated flavour, while the smoked brisket adds another layer of richness and smokiness.
If you are a serious beef lover, this is one stall worth keeping on your list.
Try The Lobster Hokkien Mee From Good Old Days Singapore Flavours x Chef Mel Dean

A local favourite gets an indulgent upgrade at Good Old Days Singapore Flavours x Chef Mel Dean with its Lobster Hokkien Mee.
The dish takes the familiar smoky, savoury flavours of Hokkien mee and pairs them with lobster, giving the classic Singapore dish a more extravagant GrillFest twist.
It is the kind of combination that sounds slightly over-the-top, but fits right in at a festival built around bold grilled food and sharing plates by the beach.
If you are looking for something distinctly local instead of another steak or burger, this is one of the dishes worth adding to your list.
End On A Sweet Note With I Love Sweet Potato’s Bobo Cha Cha Royale
For dessert, I Love Sweet Potato’s Bobo Cha Cha Royale ($20) is one of the more unusual finds at Sentosa GrillFest.
A roasted half sweet potato forms the base, paired with creamy coconut milk, chewy yam boba and rich Mao Shan Wang durian.
The warm, caramelised sweet potato pairs nicely with the creamy coconut milk, while the durian adds an extra richness that makes this feel far more decadent than your usual bobo chacha.
It is definitely one for durian lovers, and a fun way to end the night after all the grilled meats and seafood.
